All of our sushi grade fish is shipped fresh, not frozen.
For raw consumption, eat your sushi grade fish as soon as possible for optimal freshness!
You can store your sushi grade fish in your refrigerator for up to 1-2 days with the gel packs and eat it raw as sashimi.
If you keep the fish longer than 3 days in the refrigerator, we recommend you to thoroughly to cook the fish.
You can also freeze the sushi grade fish portions immediately upon arrival and store for up to one week for sashimi use.
Freezing sushi grade fish slightly lowers the quality of the fish, but you can save the rest of the fish for future meals!
Rule of thumb: Eat your sushi grade fish as soon as possible while it's fresh!
